Roger Sachs has been with Steiner’s since its inception in 1997. Roger has helped grow the tavern company to its three current locations by utilizing the skills and knowledge he earned working his way through the hospitality ranks since he was sixteen years old. He is responsible for overseeing all tavern and restaurant operations at all of Steiner’s Pub locations. An active member of the community, Sachs is also part of the Nevada Restaurant Association and sits on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Tavern Owners Association. Gary Leiser
Co-Owner, Corporate Chef

With more than two decades of experience within the hospitality industry, Leiser has served in executive chef and management rolls for several hotels and fine dining restaurants. At Steiner’s, Leiser showcases his talent and adds a personal touch by creating an extensive and diversified menu that includes everything from Pub Style Wings to succulent lamb chops and incredible Shrimp Scampi.
